Returns

All returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return please email info@casalasola.com. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging as received.

Full-priced items can be returned for a store credit (valid for 2 years), with shipping costs deducted.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, store credit, exchange, or refund.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as Casa Lasola cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@casalasola.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. Faulty items will be assessed and replaced, refunded, or credited if deemed a manufacturing fault.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Currently standard shipping is 3-8 business days and express shipping is 1-4 business days depending on your location.

International orders are sent via Australia post or DHL. Currently standard shipping is 6-27 business days and express shipping is 6-18 business days depending on your location.

Please note that additional duties and taxes incurred at customs is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions once the parcel has left our studio.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. For more information on international shipping and delivery head here.
