PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping timeframes are estimates only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time. Once the parcel has left our studio we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions.
TRACKING
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will follow. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Please note: Express checkout methods (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) use saved information. We’re unable to adjust or cancel orders once placed, so please ensure your address and order details are correct before confirming.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you and charged at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are listed on product pages, but are subject to change. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship when the pre-order arrives.
RESPONSIBILITY
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, address issues, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. For delivery concerns, contact the courier directly.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included on international orders. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.
